Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.14

The Board of Directors of Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd in its meeting held today i.e. 26th March, 2021 have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 1.14/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 11.40%) for the financial year 2020-21.

The Record date i.e. Friday, 9th April, 2021 for determining eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend has been fixed for the said purpose.

Interim Dividend payment will be completed on or before 24.04.2021.
