Roto Pumps Ltd board to consider interim dividend, preferential issue of warrants

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Roto Pumps Ltd is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 31st March,.2021 at 6-A, 3rd Avenue, Bandh Road, Near Chandan Haula Village, Mehrauli, New Delhi - 110074 to consider payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21.

The board will also consider issue of share warrants on preferential basis.
