Nestle India Ltd board to consider Q1CY2021 results on April 20, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Nestle India Ltd is proposed to be held on Tuesday, 20th April 2021, to consider and approve the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ending 31st March 2021.

The Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April 2021 to 22nd April 2021 (both days inclusive).
