Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd Board declares Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd at its meeting held on March 25, 2021, has approved the declaration of second interim dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up (60%) for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The board has fixed Tuesday, 6th Apri1,2021 as Record Date for the purpose of payment of the said second interim dividend for the Financial year 2020-21, subject to deduction of tax at source, if any, to eligible shareholders.

The said second interim dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21 will be paid to eligible shareholders on April 16, 2021.

Shares of SHRIRAM TRANSPORT FINANCE CO.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1371.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1401.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 143976 in over 2697 trades.
