A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/04/2021, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2021 and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ending March 31, 2021 at its Meeting to be held on Saturday, April 24, 2021.
