MBL Infrastructures Ltd's SPV announces completion of additional length of 9.780 km of the project of Suratgarh-Bikaner Section NH-62 on DBFOT basis

Suratgarh Bikaner Toll Road Company Pvt Ltd (SBTRCPL), a 100% owned subsidiary company and a Special Purpose Vehicle of MBL Infrastructures Ltd, has received on 18.03.2021 further provisional completion certificate for 9.780 km (5 .68%) length in addition to 156.635 kms (90.86%) of its 172.384 kms of National Highway Project. With this the total completed length of the Project Highway is 166.415 km (96.54%) out of 172.384 kms.

"The commercial operations (toll collection) for 90.86% of 172.384 kms had commenced on 17.02.2019 and with the issuance of provisional certificate dated 18.03.2021 for additionally completed length of 9.780 km of Project Highway, the increased revenue from toll collections will improve the performance of the Company. The balance work of the project along with the change of scope works are expected to be completed within next financial year" said Mr. Surender Aggarwal, Executive Director of SBTRCL.

Shares of MBL Infrastructures Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.21.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 21.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14055 in over 82 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 21.95 and intraday low of 21. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 298997.
