HUDCO board approves interim dividend of Rs. 0.75

The Board of directors of Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) in its meeting held on 18th March, 2021, has approved, the payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21 @ 7.50%, Rs. 0.75 per equity share of Rs.10/- each.

The Record Date is fixed as 26th March, 2021.

Shares of Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.46.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 48.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 151097 in over 556 trades.
