BPCL board declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) has declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs.5/- per equity share of face value Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year 2020-21. Further, the Board of Directors have fixed Saturday, 27th March, 2021 as Record Date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders to receive the said Interim Dividend.

The above Interim Dividend will be paid or the warrants in respect thereof would be posted on or before 12th April, 2021.

Shares of BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.436.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 439.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 286823 in over 5196 trades.
