Meghmani Finechem Limited awarded the Highly Recognised 'Responsible Care' Logo

Meghmani Finechem Limited ("MFL"), a material subsidiary of Meghmani Organics Limited ("MOL"), is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the Responsible Care Certification (the "Certification") and been awarded the "Responsible Care" logo (the "Logo") by Indian Chemical Council (ICC), the apex body of the Chemical Industry in India.

"Responsible Care" is a global initiative of International Council of Chemical Association which works with national chemical associations to implement the program in their respective countries. The programme calls upon the companies to commit to the highest standards of Health, Safety and Environment Performance. The Certification involved a comprehensive and detailed audit of MFL's practices based on ICC's 7 codes of management practices, which were:

- Product Stewardship Code,
- Process Safety Code,
- Employee Health and Safety Code,
- Pollution Prevention Code,
- Emergency Response and Communication Code and
- Distribution Code.
- Security Code

On receiving the certification, Mr Maulik Patel, Chairman and Managing Director - MFL said that "At MFL, the Health and Safety of our employees and stakeholders are of paramount importance. Throughout our growth journey, we have focused on building a culture of continuous improvement, Zero Harm and sustainable growth. The Responsible Care certification is a testimony of our efforts and our commitment towards these values."

The successful completion of the above assessment permits MFL to use the Responsible Care logo until February 2022.

Shares of MEGHMANI ORGANICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.116.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 118.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 225844 in over 2724 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 122.8 and intraday low of 116.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 26938428.
