Swastika Investsmart Ltd board approves interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Swastika Investsmart Ltd in their meeting held on today i.e. Monday 15th March, 2021, have approved the Interim Dividend of Rs. 2/- (Two) per equity share i.e. 20%(Twenty percent on face value of Rs. 10/- (Ten) per share for the financial year 2020-21 amounting to Rs. 59,19,400/-.

The Record date for the purpose of payment of dividend is Tuesday 23rd Day of March, 2021. The dividend will be credited to the account of the shareholders or the dividend warrant in respect thereof will be dispatched on or before 31st March 2021.

Shares of SWASTIKA INVESTMART LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.140 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 143.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 84 in over 15 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 147.95 and intraday low of 137.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12012.
