AGI Infra Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of AGI Infra Ltd at their meeting held on Monday, March 15, 2021 at the registered office of the Company has declared an interim dividend of 0.50 paisa (Fifty Paisa) per equity share (i.e 5%) of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2020-21.

The interim dividend will be paid to those Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as on record date i.e March 24, 2021, already intimated for the purpose vide our letter dated March 08, 2021. The interim dividend will be paid/dispatched to the Shareholders on or before 30 days from its declaration.

Shares of AGI Infra Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.106.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 101. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10776 in over 122 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 106.05 and intraday low of 99. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1125106.
