Gail (India) Ltd board declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 2.5

The Board of Directors of Gail (India) Ltd at its meeting held on March 15, 2021, has approved payment of the 2nd Interim Dividend for the FY 2020-21 @ 25% (Rs. 2.5/- per equity share) on the post Buy-Back paid-up equity share capital of the Company.

The 2nd Interim Dividend will be paid with reference to the 'Record Date' i.e. Tuesday, March 23, 2021 fixed for the said purpose.

Shares of GAIL (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.134.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 136.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 833201 in over 7009 trades.
