Power Finance Corporation Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of Directors of Power Finance Corporation Ltd. in its meeting held on 12th March, 2021 have, declared the payment of Interim Dividend @ Rs. 8 /- per equity share (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the FY 2020-21.

The Record Date i.e. 22nd March, 2021 for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders has already been fixed.
