Ramco Industries Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Ramco Industries Ltd at their Meeting held on 12.03.2021 - Friday have declared an Interim Dividend of Re.1/- per Equity Share of Re.1/- each for 2020-21. The Record Date for payment of the Interim Dividend is 23rd March, 2021 (Tuesday). The dividend will be paid to members of the Company on or after 24.03.2021.
