Premier Polyfilm Ltd bids to acquire assets

Premier Polyfilm Ltd intends to purchase Assets i.e. factory, land & building alongwith Plant & Machinery of M/s Khushbu Vinyl Private Limited (in liquidation) located at District Panchmahal in the state of Gujarat and for this purpose will be participating in the auction / Tender bid / process being conducted by the liquidator of M/s Khushbu Vinyl Private Limited. If company is able to acquire the assets, it would be useful for the growth of business of the company.

Shares of PREMIER POLYFILM LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.37.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1536 in over 57 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 39 and intraday low of 36.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 58568.
