The Board of Directors of GRM Overseas Ltd at their meeting held on Wednesday, the 10th day of March 2021, has approved and declared Interim Dividend of Rs.20.00/- (i.e. @200%) per Equity Share of face value of Rs.10.00/- each for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The company has fixed 23rd March 2021 as the Record date for the purpose of payment of Interim dividend for FY 2020-21.
