REC Limited board approves 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of REC Limited in its meeting held on March 10, 2021, has approved the payment of 2nd interim dividend @ Rs. 5 (Rupees Five only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2020-21. The Record date for the said interim dividend is Friday, March 19, 2021.

The aforesaid interim dividend shall be paid/dispatched on March 30, 2021.

Shares of REC Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.147.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 146.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 614598 in over 3909 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 150.3 and intraday low of 145.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 91020535.
