IIFL Securities Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of IIFL Securities Ltd at their meeting held today, has, declared an interim dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2/- each (i.e. 50%) for the financial year 2020-2021. The record date for the said purpose is March 19, 2021.
