Religare Enterprises Ltd allots 2,28,750 equity shares

The Investment, Borrowing and Share Allotment Committee of Religare Enterprises Ltd on March 08, 2021 has allotted 2,28,750 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each pursuant to exercise of stock options granted under the REL ESOP Plan 2019. The allotment price of 50,000 equity shares is Rs. 31.35 per share and 1,78,750 equity shares is Rs. 29.43 per share.

Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid up equity capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 2,591,851,520/- divided into 259,185,152 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 2,594,139,020/- divided into 259,413,902 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of RELIGARE ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.95.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 88.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 448671 in over 3443 trades.
