Satyam Silk Mills Ltd board to consider rights issue on March 10, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Satyam Silk Mills Ltd is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 10th day of March, 2021 to consider, discuss and decide, a proposal to issue equity shares to existing shareholders on a Rights basis, as may be permitted under applicable law, subject to such regulatory / statutory approvals, as may be required and such other matters incidental thereto to comply with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations and other applicable laws.
