DCW Limited allots debentures to Kotak Special Situations Fund

The Committee of the Board of Directors of DCW Limited at its meeting held today i.e. March 5, 2021 has approved the allotment of 6,000 Secured Rated Unlisted Redeemable Optionally Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- each, at par, aggregating to Rs. 60,00,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Crores) on preferential basis to Kotak Special Situations Fund, on such terms and conditions as mentioned in the offer document.

After completion of the above offer / issue, Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. March 5, 2021 has also approved the allotment of 35,000 Secured Unlisted Rated Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- each, at par, aggregating to Rs. 3,50,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred & Fifty Crores), on private placement basis to Kotak Special Situations Fund, on terms and conditions as mentioned in the offer document.

Shares of DCW LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.28.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 29.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 285906 in over 1075 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 30 and intraday low of 27.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8217529.
