Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd (APIL) has announced that the Equity Shareholders and Secured Creditors of the Company and the Unsecured Creditors of Ansal Township & Projects Ltd (ATPL) have approved the proposed scheme of amalgamation and arrangement of ATPL with the Company in their Court convened meetings, held on July 03, 2006.
