Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited at its meeting held today has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share of Rs. 5 each (i.e. 40 percent) for the financial year 2020-2021.

The Record Date has been fixed as Saturday, 13 March 2021 for ascertaining the list of members entitled to the dividend.

The Interim Dividend will be paid on or before 26 March 2021.

Shares of KIRLOSKAR FERROUS INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.157.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 155.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13800 in over 351 trades.
