Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd to avail ECB of $70 mn from SBI

Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited ("Borrower") has entered into an Agreement on 24th February 2021 for availing External Commercial Borrowing (ECB) facility of USD 70 Million (USD Seventy Million only) from State Bank of India ("Original Lender" or "Agent").

Shares of GUJARAT ALKALIES & CHEMICALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.315 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 316.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15492 in over 448 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 317.35 and intraday low of 313. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4885781.
