Rama Phosphates Ltd commences commercial production of Sulphuric Acid and derivatives from new unit

RAMA PHOSPHATES LIMITED have commenced commercial production of Sulphuric Acid and its derivatives from the new manufacturing facility (Unit-2) at its existing factory premises at Indore as below w.e.f. 23rd February, 2021:

- Sulphuric Acid - 55000 MT/Year
Chloro Sulphonic Acid - 9000MT/Year
Liquid SO3 - 20000 MT/Year
Oleum 23% - 27 % - 33000 MT/Year
Oleum 65% - 25000 MT/Year
Power Generation from heat recovery - 0.724 kWh

With this capacity addition of 55000 TPA from Unit-2, the company's overall annual production capacity of Sulphuric Acid would be 155000 TPA from our Indore manufacturing facility.

Shares of RAMA PHOSPHATES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.124.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 118.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 48614 in over 667 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 129.8 and intraday low of 121.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6102984.
