L&T Finance Holdings Limited allots 46,13,25,021 Equity Shares on rights basis

Pursuant to the finalization of the basis of allotment for the Issue, approved by designated stock exchange, i.e. BSE Limited, the Committee of Directors of L&T Finance Holdings Limited duly authorized by Board, today, considered and approved the allotment of 46,13,25,021 Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 65 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 55 per Equity Share). ("Allotment").

Accordingly, pursuant to the Allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 20,08,12,06,830 to Rs. 24,69,44,57,040.

Shares of L&T FINANCE HOLDINGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.98.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 95.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1159492 in over 4683 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 99.25 and intraday low of 96.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 113607609.
