Oswal Leasing Limited board to consider rights issue on March 3, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Oswal Leasing Limited is scheduled to be held on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 03, 2021 AT 03:00 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Company situated at 105, Ashoka Estate, 24, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi-110001, to alter the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company and to increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company.

The board will consider and approve the proposal for funds raising by issuance of equity shares to existing shareholders on Rights basis and any other businesses with the permission of Chairperson.
