Coal India Ltd board to consider 2nd interim dividend on Mar 5, 2021

A meeting of Board of Directors of Coal India Ltd will be held on Friday, the 5th March, 2021 to consider and approve payment of 2nd Interim Dividend for 2020-21, if any.

The Company has fixed Tuesday, 16th March, 2021 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of payment of 2nd Interim Dividend on Equity Shares for Financial Year 2020-21, if declared by the Board.

The 'Trading Window' will be closed from 24th February, 2021 and it will be reopened after the end of 48 hours after the announcement of decision of Board of Directors viz 10th March, 2021.

Shares of COAL INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.136.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 136.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2678655 in over 5295 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 138.6 and intraday low of 136.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 367642209.
