CRISIL Limited vide its e-mail, received by Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited on 19 February 2021, have been reaffirmed the credit rating assigned to the company's credit facilities as under:

Long Term Bank Facilities - CRISIL C/ Watch Negative (Continues on 'Rating Watch with Negative Implications') - Reaffirmed

Short Term Bank Facilities - CRISIL A4/ Watch Negative (Continues on 'Rating Watch with Negative Implications') - Reaffirmed

Non-Convertible Debentures - "CRISIL D" - Reaffirmed.
