Mawana Sugars Limited board to consider sales of shares in Siel Financial Services ltd

A meeting of Board of Directors of Mawana Sugars Limited will be held on shorter notice on Thursday, the 25th February, 2021 at Siel Chemical Complex, Rajpura, Patiala, Punjab, to consider and approve the investment in proposed issue of Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares by Siel Industrial Estate Limited, a subsidiary of the Company.

The board will consider and approve Sale of Shares of Siel Financial Services Limited (SFSL), a subsidiary of the Company.

The board will also consider and approve conversion of outstanding dues of the company in Siel Financial Services Limited of Rs.3.66 crore.
