Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd Board declares Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd at its meeting held on February 19, 2021, has recommended Second Interim Dividend 2020 of Rs.1.50 per equity share for the financial year 2020-2021.

The Board also fixed the record date for the purpose of the said dividend as 3rd March 2021 and Second interim dividend 2020 will be paid within the stipulated timeline as prescribed in the Law.

Shares of Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.600.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 615.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14992 in over 546 trades.
