Savita Oil Technologies Ltd to evaluate acquisition of Savita Polymers Ltd

The Board of Directors of Savita Oil Technologies Ltd at its meeting held today has granted in-principal approval to evaluate acquisition of 100% equity shares of Savita Polymers Limited, a public limited unlisted company, subject to the valuation and necessary due diligence that will be presented to and approved by the Board at its subsequent Board Meeting.

Shares of SAVITA OIL TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1033.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1019.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5654 in over 625 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1072 and intraday low of 1031. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5905340.
