NTPC commissions Unit 2 of 800MW capacity of Gadarwara project

Based on achievement of approved norms, Unit-2 of 800 MW capacity of Gadarwara Super Thermal Power Project has successfully completed trial operation and consequently included in the installed capacity of NTPC.

With this, the total installed capacity of NTPC and NTPC group has become 52110 MW and 64875 MW respectively.

Shares of NTPC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.99.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 98.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1664014 in over 6945 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 100.1 and intraday low of 97. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 164312623.
