Mastek AGM approves Rs.3.5 dividend

Mastek Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on October 12, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Final Equity Dividend of Rs 3.50 per share for the year ended June 30, 2006.
