G M Polyplast Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of G M Polyplast Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e., Tuesday, February 16, 2021 has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1/-(One Rupee i.e. 10%) per equity share of face value Rs.10 each.

The Record date for the purpose of payment of dividend is Friday, February 26, 2021. The payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21 shall be completed before Wednesday, March 17, 2021.
