Selan Exploration Technology Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 5 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Selan Exploration Technology Ltd in their meeting held today have declared an Interim Dividend of 50% (i.e., Rs. 5.00/-per equity share) for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The Record Date for the purpose of Interim Dividend has been fixed as Tuesday, 23 February 2021.

The said dividend shall be paid / dispatched within 30 days of declaration of Interim Dividend.

Shares of SELAN EXPLORATION TECHNOLOGY LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.132.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 130.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17823 in over 383 trades.
