Silverline Technologies EGM approves issue of 5 million GDRs

Silverline Technologies Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on October 12, 2006, have unanimously approved the issuance of 5,000,000 Global Depository Receipt which each Global Depository Receipt will represent ten underlying shares of the Company, on a swap basis to Millinnium Care Inc, Toronto, Canada. And the same could be listed in the Luxeburg Stock Exchange or any Stock exchanges Abroad.
