Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 8.5

The Board of Directors of Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd at its meeting held on February 13, 2021, has declared Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs. 8.5/- (i.e. 425%) per Equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up for the financial year 2020-21.

The Dividend so declared on equity shares, shall be paid on or before March 12, 2021.
