Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.05

The Board of Directors of Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on February 13, 2021, inter alia, have declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1.05/- (One Rupees Five Paisa only) per equity share of Rs 10/- each.

The dividend will be paid in the account of the shareholder(s) or the dividend warrant(s) in respect thereof will be dispatched on or after March 04, 2021.
