ONGC board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.75

The Board of directors of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) has also declared an Interim dividend of Rs.1.75/- per equity share of Rs.5/- each, i.e. 35%, for the financial year 2020-21.

Saturday, the 20th February, 2021 shall be the Record Date for determining eligibility of shareholders for payment of the said Interim Dividend, as declared by the Board.

The dividend will be credited to the account of the shareholders or the dividend warrant in respect thereof will be dispatched on or before 15th March 2021.

Shares of OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORPORATION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.97 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 99.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1177955 in over 4717 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 99.35 and intraday low of 96.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 115019944.
