Vishal Fabrics Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.50 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Vishal Fabrics Ltd at its Meeting held on February 12, 2021, has declared and approved the payment of Interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21 @ 10% i.e., Rs. 0.50 per share on the 65870001 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each. The said Interim dividend, will be credited/dispatched to the shareholders by March 14, 2021 i.e within 30 days from the date of declaration.
