Cochin Shipyard Ltd board declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Cochin Shipyard Ltd at their meeting held today, February 12, 2020 has declared 02nd interim dividend of Rs. 4.00 per equity share of Rs. 10 each fully paid-up (40%) for the financial year 2020-21.

The board has fixed Wednesday, February 24, 2021 as the Record Date for the aforesaid interim dividend.

Shares of Cochin Shipyard Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.351.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 351.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28782 in over 1430 trades.
