Asahi Infrastructure decides to transfer promoters shares

Asahi Infrastructure & Projects Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors has decided to transfer the Promoters Shares pertaining to Mr. Jatin Rathi (Promoter) Qty 5,77,000 to Mr. Hemendra Kanjibhai Shah (Promoter).
