ITC Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 5 for FY21

The Board of directors of ITC Ltd at its meeting held today, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 5.00 per Ordinary Share of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ending on 31st March, 2021; such Dividend will be paid on Wednesday, 10th March, 2021 to those Members entitled thereto.

The board also fixed Tuesday, 23rd February, 2021 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the Members for such Interim Dividend.

Shares of ITC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.226.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 227.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2604153 in over 24757 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 229.3 and intraday low of 224.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 590017994.
