ACC Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 14 for CY2020

The Board of Directors (the 'Board') of ACC Limited ('ACC') at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, February 11, 2021, considered and recommended payment of a dividend of Rs. 14/- (Rupees Fourteen only) per Equity Share of INR 10 each (fully paid-up) for the financial year ended December 31, 2020 and the same shall be payable subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, if approved at the Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), will be paid on or after April 7, 2021.

Shares of ACC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1776.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1764.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 69353 in over 3772 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1790 and intraday low of 1744.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 123000177.
