NATCO Pharma Ltd Board declares Third Interim Dividend of Rs. 1 for FY21

The Board of Directors of NATCO Pharma Ltd at its meeting held on February 11, 2021, has declared 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 1/- (Rupees one only) each per Equity share of Rs. 2/- (Rupees two only) each for the financial. year 2020-21 (which is 50% on the nominal value of the equity share).

The date for taking on record of its shareholders eligible for the purpose of payment of third interim dividend i.e. record date is fixed as Tuesday, the 23rd February 2021. The payment of said interim dividend will be start from Wednesday the 3rd March 2021.
