Isgec Heavy Engineering Limited board declares interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Isgec Heavy Engineering Limited at its meeting held today i.e. February 11, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. has considered and approved the declaration of Interim Dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of Re. 1/- each.

The Record Date has been fixed as February 25, 2021 for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend shall be paid on or before March 08, 2021.
