Centum Electronics Limited board declares interim dividend of Rs. 2 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Centum Electronics Limited was held as scheduled today, i.e. 10th February, 2021 and the Board has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.2/- (i.e. 20%) per equity share of Rs.10/- each on the fully paid up equity share capital of the Company for the financial year 2020-21.

Monday, 22nd February, 2021 has been fixed as the Record Date to ascertain the list of Shareholders eligible for the Interim Dividend which will be paid on or before 8th March, 2021.
