ESAB India Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 19

The Board of Directors of ESAB India Ltd at its meeting held today i.e, 10 February, 2021 has declared an interim dividend of Re.19/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (190%) for the year ending 31 March, 2021 resulting in an outflow of Rs. 29,24,67,380/- (subject to deduction of tax at source where applicable). The said Interim Dividend declared by the Board of Directors would be paid to the equity shareholders by 10 March, 2021.

Shares of ESAB INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1911.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1988. The total number of shares traded during the day was 778 in over 218 trades.
