ABB India Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 5 for CY2020

The board of directors of ABB India Limited have recommended a dividend of Rs.5/- per share (Rupees Five only) on 211,908,375 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.2/- each fully paid up for the year ended December 31, 2020.

The dividend, if declared at the 71st Annual General Meeting, will be paid on and from April 30, 2021, to those Members who hold shares in physical form and whose name appears on the Company/s Register of Members as holders of Equity Shares on April 21, 2021 and in respect of shares held in electronic form, to the Beneficial Owners of the shares as at the close of business hours on April 21, 2021 as per details to be furnished by National Securities Depository Ltd. and Central Depository Services (India) Ltd.

Shares of ABB India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.1445 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1462. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18025 in over 1918 trades.
